LEICA 180MM F2.8 ELMARIT-R
GALLERY UPDATE - Sunday, October 1, 2017
My latest gear indulgence has been 180-200mm lenses to use with the Leica M Monochrom and Leica SL, so more 200mm pictures... In terms of sharpness and resolution, the Leica 180mm Elmarit-R is definitely a cut above the Olympus Zuiko 200mm F4 Auto-T.  See pictures

The Olympus Zuiko 200mm F4 Auto-T has been my latest experiment on the Leica M Monochrom Typ 246. It is a relatively compact 200mm SLR telephoto lens from the early '80s and performs reasonably well.  Images here

LEICA 75MM F2 SUMMICRON-M APO
REVIEW UPDATE - Sunday, April 30, 2017
I tend to consider the Leica 75mm F2 Summicron-M APO as a "portrait lens", but looking at my pictures, most are landscapes, not portraits. So it was time to rethink this review and give it a good rewrite to better reflect how the 75mm APO is actually being used.  Read more
